This is a field-based position covering the territory of Germany. Due to the existing customer base, it is advisable for the successful candidate to be based in the south of Germany (ZIP codes 6, 7, 8 or 9) and work remotely. Travel: May include up to 80% domestic.

Job Description
As a Sales Account Executive (m/f/*) – Signage & Graphics Solutions for Germany, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by: Managing a defined set of key accounts in Germany (mainly southern Germany) by implementing corporate initiatives and positioning 3M as the preferred signage and graphics partner Growing our signage and graphics business with the assigned accounts above market by selling the 3M brand and technologies Strengthening customer relationships with converters, B2B end-customers, and municipalities in Germany Engaging and collaborating with cross-functional teams (e.g. Technical Support, Marketing, Distribution Sales Team, EMEA Key Account Team) to identify and win new projects Make use of our CRM system to plan, manage and document your sales activities.
